Selling Application Software Products CAD / CAM / CAE of any leading OEM
Experience in selling engineering solutions such as CAD, CAM, CAE, Collaboration, Cloud & / Or Data Analytics Software
Team & Sales management experience
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer & their segment
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential business opportunities
Complete & Submit proposals accurately and in a timely fashion
Follow up on proposals and sales leads on a regular basis
Utilize support staff to improve own effectiveness
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using MS Office Tools such as MS Word, Excel, & PPT
Exposure on using tools such as Salesforce
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as required
Roles and Responsibilities :
Recruit, hire, and train sales team
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
