MES Senior Architect

Technical Skills required :

Extensive Experience in working with any of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Products like PROMIS, WorkStream, FAB300, FactoryWorks, Siemens OpCenter, Camstar, Eyelit, Critical Manufacturing, WIPTrac etc
Hands on Experience in MES Product Engineering which includes understanding business requirements, design, development and testing of various MES modules like Work In Progress, Tracking and Genealogy, Data Collection, Process Management, Scheduling and Dispatch, Quality Defect Management, Maintenance Management, MES Interface to Enterprise applications (Upstream) and Equipment (Downstream)
Hands on Experience in MES Issue Fix, Enhancements, Customization, Testing and release to customer.
Hands on experience in OpenVMS, HP-UX, RHEL (Linux).
Hands on experience in any of the programming languages like C++, C#.Net, Java, COBOL or FORTRAN or any legacy software.
Hands on experience in scripting (Power Shell, VB), database (SQL) covering either Oracle, Informix, or SQL Server
Total IT Industry Experience of 10 to 12 years

Job Description :

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Design and Development

Should have good communication and co-ordination skills and thorough in documentation.

Ability to work independently and with others across stakeholder like Customers & their IT team, development teams and other supporting services.

Should be proactive identifying support needs and preventing them.

Should be able to debug and troubleshoot application.

Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to overcome the same.

Look for continuous improvement opportunities and identify / propose improvements.

Help maintain customer defect data and bring in automation.

Qualification :

A bachelor’s degree preferably a BE / BTech-CSE or MCA or equivalent.

Must have excellent analytical skills, presentations skills and communication skills.

Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational / work background.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with multiple international customers.
