Sales coordinator-Interior building products
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the modular furniture industry or related interior furniture and materials. This role involves overseeing sales activities, handling tele-sales, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring the timely closure of sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Tele Sales & Lead Generation :
o Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to potential clients.
o Identify and qualify leads for new business opportunities
o Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales.
2. Sales Coordination :
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
o Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and clients.
o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
o Coordinate the sales process from lead generation to final sales closure.
3. Customer Relationship Management :
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Provide product information and advice to clients
o Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation :
o Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track sales metrics, and provide insights to the sales team.
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
5. Collaboration :
o Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and installation.
o Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
o Liaise with the marketing team for promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements :
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
o Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
