Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4-6 years of relevant work experience. As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the restaurant.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill) : Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service, promptly addressing and resolving any concerns.
  • Team Leadership (Mandatory skill) : Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team efficiently.
  • Menu Knowledge (Mandatory skill) : In-depth understanding of the menu to provide recommendations and answer customer queries accurately.
  • POS Systems : Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems to process orders and manage transactions seamlessly.
  • Conflict Resolution : Excellent problem-solving skills to manage and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Beverage Service : Knowledgeable in serving various beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Wine Pairing : Understanding of wine pairing to enhance customer dining experiences through informed recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for all guests.
