Role Overview

As a Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automation to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture & Development – Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, automation, workflows, and integrations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Customization & Configuration – Implement custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to enhance CRM functionality.

Integration Management – Work with APIs and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and other enterprise applications.

Business Process Optimization – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to streamline business processes within Salesforce.

Data Management & Security – Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Performance Optimization – Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced system performance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Salesforce architecture, development (Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components), and configurations.

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other key modules.

Experience with third-party integrations, REST / SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.).

Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow automation.

Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).

Strong understanding of CI / CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gear-set, or similar).

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I / II, Application Architect) are a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Requirements

Key Skills : Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, and deployment tools. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Triggers, Web Services, and Custom Objects. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologies. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and integrations. Strong exposure to Agile execution, sprint planning, and effort estimation. Hands-on with DevOps tools, Static Analyser, Performance Tools, and Packaging / Deployment tools. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent documentation skills with tools like Confluence and JIRA. Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
