Sr Construction Manager (Superstructure)

1. As a Sr Construction Manager (Civil Superstructure), Candidate should manage Superstructure works involving the following activities.

Preparation of Floor slab, Gallery wall and Deck slab for concreting, looking after formwork preparation, checking BBS for the ongoing activities and planning and monitoring the day-to-day execution schedule.

2. Candidate should manage the available resources (Labour, materials, machinery) effectively and should estimate the requirements of the activities beforehand and then plan as per the schedule.

3. Candidate should Coordinate with the client / Engineer for getting the executed works certified. Candidate should raise the Inspection request for the completed activities and should involve in submission of all the required checklists before the inspection.

4. Candidate should effectively Coordinate with Other site department teams for getting the works completed and certified. Candidate should also check whether Subcontractor's bills (Working under him) are being certified at regular intervals.

5. Candidate should possess Inter-Personal skills, sound knowledge on the subject matter, Leadership qualities for managing the team.
