International Customer Support Chat Position at a Leading MNC in Gurgaon

Job Description

  • Delivering chat support for international customers in various time zones.
  • Managing multiple chats in a professional and positive manner.
  • Resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests through chat.
  • Working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Demonstrating exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Applying customer service principles to provide outstanding support.

Additional Information

  • Work Location : Gurgaon
  • Employment Type : Contract (12 months) with potential for on-boarding to client payroll based on performance and business needs.
  • Salary : Up to 40,000 per month plus additional benefits (dependent on last CTC and experience).
  • Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Any Graduates with a minimum of 6 months or more experience in a customer support role are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in different time zones and manage multiple chats.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts, and from the office.
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, chat process, international voice process, inbound, KPO, outbound process, US process, UK process, Australian process, etc.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.

    Requirements

    1.Good Communication skills. 2.Handling chats which involves working in different time zones. 3.Handling multiple chats and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally. 4.Flexible to work in shifts. 5.Excellent English - both in verbal and written communication skills. 6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Exp Salary- CTC 40000 up to monthly + Other. (depends on last CTC and experience) Shift- Rotational shift and night shift Notice period : Immediate joiners only Qualification- Graduate min 6 months and above exp can apply Experience : 06 months to 5 years experience in Customer Support,Technical support, BPO, Chat Process, International Voice process, Voice process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound process, Us Process / UK process / Australian process etc can apply.
