Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at A.K. Capital Services Ltd. The specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruitment activities to attract top talent for the organization.

• Strong Interviewing skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Indian Debt Capital Markets is a plus
