The Role :

We, at Razorpay, are currently looking for an Intern - Sales with excellent skills to join our team. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break .

As a Specialist within the sales team, you will :

Conceptualize new revenue streams and drive pilots for the same.

  • Responsible for 1st 10 sales within 45 days of formulating the GTM
  • Responsible for driving minimum 2 new GTMs in a quarter

Implementation of themed GTMs

  • Pricing changes driven by cost revision at category level
  • Forced regulatory changes - MCC / terminal etc.

    • Intra team sales knowledge transfer and sales process improvements

  • Knowledge sessions to discuss key working themes across pods
  • Sales process gap identification and resolution along with leaders

    • What are the qualification criteria for suitable candidate ?

  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience - B2B
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Min. 2 year of past experience of working with startups
  • Revenue focused mindset
