Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our
dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales,
business development, or a related field and a passion for building relationships and driving
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the
company's products / services.
Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and determine whetherthey fit the company’s offerings well.
CRM tools are used to document and track lead interactions and progress.Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.Provide feedback to improve outreach campaigns and marketing collateral based onprospect interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetingsbooked.
Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.Qualifications and Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Familiarity with AI / ML solutions or a strong interest in learning about emergingtechnologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot,Instantly or similar).Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Familiarity with the company’s industry or products.
