Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our

dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales,

business development, or a related field and a passion for building relationships and driving

revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the

company's products / services.

  • Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and determine whether
  • they fit the company’s offerings well.

  • CRM tools are used to document and track lead interactions and progress.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to improve outreach campaigns and marketing collateral based on
  • prospect interactions.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings
  • booked.

  • Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML solutions or a strong interest in learning about emerging
  • technologies.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot,Instantly or similar).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with the company’s industry or products.
