Job Description :
BetterDrones is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and basic administrative tasks. A background or prior exposure to the Power, GIS, or Drone technology sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Support basic office administration tasks, including coordination with vendors, office supplies, and facility management.
- Assist in policy implementation, performance review processes, and HR documentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Working knowledge of HR software / tools and MS Office.Exposure to the Power, GIS, or Drone industry is a plus.
