Creditor Relations Officer

Role Brief :

We are looking for an energetic & dynamic “ Credit Relations Officer” who has “Empathy, Passion and Service” as core values imbibed in him / her. Incumbent should be diligent, committed and a team collaborator. A goal oriented professional and should be able to lead by example while demonstrating and achieving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will be responsible for building relationship with financial institutions and managing best suited resolution for our customers keeping customer first approach. This role needs proficient understanding of debt management and deep negotiating aptitude.

Role description :

• Person will be responsible to build relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• With the customer first approach, he / she needs to relate to customer needs and find best suited resolution within company’s & FI’s preview & policies.
• Individual needs to collaborate with customer service team on regular basis and resolve customer service issues through internal and external calibration.
• He / She should be well versed with credit and debt management practices.
• Candidate needs to interact and negotiate with Financial Institutions & their representatives.
• Stand committed towards FREED’s core principles of empathy, passion and service.
