Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting – Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Cash Flow & Budget Management – Oversee rental income, operating expenses, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
Accounts Reconciliation – Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, tracking revenue, expenses, and outstanding payments.
Lease & Payment Oversight – Manage financial transactions related to lease agreements, rent collections, and property maintenance budgets.
Tax & Compliance Support – Assist in property-related tax filings, compliance documentation, and financial audits.
Process Optimization – Identify areas for financial process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
