Scientific Manager - Synthesis

Responsibilities–

• Ensure efficient delivery ofcompounds through scientific guidance to team :

oProvidescientific guidance to team members and troubleshoot for efficient delivery ofprojects

oIdentify,evaluate and design synthetic route and reaction parameters

oGuide theteam on process optimization & development and yield improvement resultingin cost effective solutions and execution

oMonitorproject progress to ensure adherence to quality standards / timelines

oGuidethe team on the usage of advanced analytical techniques

oMakeweekly and final project reports

oExamineand sign lab note books and data cards of the team

oUnderstandclient requirements and regularly communicate with the client to manage expectations

oProvideperiodic project updates on productivity and quality to the client

oTakeappropriate action on client’s feedback

oEnsure complianceand train the team members for safety protocols

oIdentifyand mitigate potential safety risks

oGuide andtrain team on usage of equipment / apparatus / instruments as per SOPs and general housekeepingnorms

oTrain team on LNBdocumentation, Data and IP Confidentiality as per norms

oEnsure accuracyof LNB records updated by team and audit based on client requirement

oImplementdata confidentiality through adequate controls

oTrain &develop team members through knowledge sharing sessions and nominate fortraining programs

oRegularlyreview performance of the team

oAssessreadiness of employees for project allocation

oRecognizebest performers through various reward & recognition programs

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience

Ph.D. / PDF (Organic / Medicinal Chemistry) with 3 – 6 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements

Candidates with their research publications in leading journals would be preferred
