Your Tasks :
- Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Participation in D365 CRM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, reporting.
- Work in a team to collect requirements, set expectations and finalize results.
- Assist in identifying business problems and developing solutions.
- Ensuring high quality project delivery of the produced results and demonstrating experience in system and functional testing.
- Demonstrate excellent fundamental consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and oral communication and team participation.
- Perform requirements gathering, Business process analysis.
- Participation in pre-sales activities and customer presentation,
