Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for up to 3 projects
Impact : Regional
Typical Tasks : - set up and lead the projects acc. QWS targets
- lead the cross functional teams by the right attitude and behaviour
- lead the teams stable through critical situations
Responsibility : Set up cross functional team and governace for the different projects
Lead the cross functional teams towards the goal
cascade project objectives to sub-project level and execute overall quality control for each sub-project.
Interface : Key members from Customer base & Project members from Inalfa & Supplier base.
Scope :
Is end responsible for planning and execution of project of more than 10 resourcesSets scope of priorities within the portfolio and manages project dependenciesResponsible for triple constraint management within area of responsibility.Develop and agree key roles and responsibilities matrices for global team members assuring there is a clear understanding of individual contributions to overall program success.Support the PMo with overall global Program Management standards according to :o Inalfa launch and development process (Process House)
o Customer specific launch and development processes and procedures
o Master timing using Microsoft Projec
o Financial reporting and management utilizing the Project Control Form (PCF)
Specific Requirements
bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical agree is requiredMore than 5 years of working experience of which at least 3+ years leading projects5+ years of experience with Automotive at a Tier 1 supplier at OEM levelFunctional Competences and skills
Creates and executes program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Proven ability to influence and manage cross functional teams without formal authority.Effectively applies and enforces standardized work practices and internal procedures.Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.Knowledge of customer specific systems and procedures.Ability to identify program risks and develop appropriate counter measures to reduce or offset the risk identified.Can provide effective oral and written reports to internal executive management and customer representatives.Demonstrated problem solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.Organized and professional demeanor with demonstrated leadership ability.Demonstrated financial program management experience in the use and application of the PCF in regards to overall program budgets.Ability to travel international as required to support the overall project scope and needs.Understanding of general customer requirements for PPAP / APQP / ISIR.Manage meetings through a working agenda and publish minutes and action plansWhat can you expect from us?
