Job Description :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customerfocused Student Visa Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of applying for a Canadian student visa ensuring a smooth and successful application process while providing topnotch service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist students in the endtoend process of applying for a Canadian student visa.
• Review and verify the accuracy of documentation including admission letters financial statements and other required documents.
• Provide guidance on visa eligibility required documents and compliance with immigration policies.
• Coordinate with educational institutions students and parents to ensure the timely submission of applications.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of Canadian visa rules regulations and policy changes.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide regular updates on visa status.
• Ensure all applications comply with IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) guidelines.
• Prepare and file visa applications while ensuring a high approval success rate.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
