Job Overview

This role is only for candidates enrolling in an online UG / PG program through EnrolVia. work on student enrolments and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation : identify 20+ candidates daily.

Interview Coordination : conduct 20+ calls, ensuring at least two progress.

Client Relations : guide students through enrolment and job placement.

Sales Incentives : earn ₹2,500 per successful enrolment.

OJT : 30-day structured training.

Salary : ₹7-9 LPA (fixed : ₹4-6 LPA, variable : ₹3 LPA).

Promotion : BDM role with a 20%-25% hike after six enrolments.

Funded UG / PG : 100% course fee support, leading to 150% salary growth.

Work Environment

Hours : Mon-Fri, 10 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm (weekends off).

Requirements
