The Exchange team Administrator position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Email and O365 related architecture including support and care of Systems. Design and build of new systems, working closely with applications teams and business units to meet support and project goals. The position is also responsible for managing the staff responsible for all aspects of O365 support, Teams, On-Premise Exchange, Email Gateways and implementations.
Key Accountabilities :
6 ~ 10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration
Excellent knowledge in Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, Troubleshooting Replication issues.
Excellent skills on Exchange(On-Prem, Online and Hybrid)
Excellent skills on Message Hygeiene system and archiving solutions(any one will be preferred amongst Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection, Proofpoint, Symentic, Advanced eDiscovery, Iron port, Sourceone, Baraccuda)
Excellent skills on Email Security & Bulk Mail(SPF, DKIM, DMARC, RBL, SCL, BCL & PCL)
Excellent knowledge on performing data migrations from On-Prem to Cloud(Microsoft, Google Workspace, IMAP) including Microsoft / Google native tools and 3rd party tools
Excellent skills on Azure Active Directory(includes Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Identity Protection, Information Governance, Multi Factor Authentication, Conditional Access)
Very good knowledge on MS Teams ecosystem(on-prem SFB, Apps)
Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
Design, construct, configure, and maintain all faces of an Office 365 Tenant
Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies
Proactively responding to internal and external technical communities
Ability to identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities

Installation, configuration of Azure AD / Windows AD and ADFS / WAP with SSO

Good hands on exp on Exchange online and Exchange on prem, installation, configuration and up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode including protection of data & mailflow
Good hands on exp on Exchange migration on prem to online, tenant to tenant, using the native or third-party migration tool
Good hands on exp on installation, configuration of Skype for Business / MS Teams, up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode
Enrollment of users & devices (Managed & unmanaged)
Knowledge on Azure Active Directory and Intune connector for Azure AD for auto Pilot enrollment
Deploy and authenticate apps on devices on-premises and mobile
Good knowledge on compliance and conditional access.
Providing guidance and best practices to SME and Team on the ground
Having good analytical power to assessment and readiness of customer environment.
Manage the other members of the support team to ensure Service are delivered as per the requirements in the contract
Be Very Good Work experience and knowledgeable in Office 365 & Exchange On-Premise Servers with versions 2010 / 2016 / 2013
Install, configure & troubleshoot different roles of Exchange servers
Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication
Managing DAG and CAS Arrays , troubleshooting failover issues, addition and deletion of Exchange servers from clusters
Migration of an on premise Exchange environment to Office 365
Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR
Configure, maintain & troubleshoot email gateways, anti-spam (Message LAB, Proof point, Barracuda, Mimecast, etc...)
Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues
Migration form Skype for Business on premises to Skype for Business Online in Office 365.
Good understanding in Azure AD Connect Server and management
Understanding in Office 365 Authentications, SSO, MFA etc
Good Understanding in Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
Good understanding in Azure AD and CA Policies etc
Work with customer on new demands (high-level solution, budget / schedule / effort estimation) and projects (e.g. changes)
Reports to the Wipro Delivery Manager via the Wipro Workplace Lead and to the customer lead for the Messaging Services
Excellent Knowledge on Exchange and Office 365 PowerShell scripts.
Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 infrastructure.
Good active directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products.
Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases.
Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing new system or process.
Clear understanding of disaster recovery processes and of mail gateway configuration and concepts
Configuration of exchange policies and Email routing.
Strong knowledge on Designing and Planning of Exchange Services infrastructure
Experience on O365 Migrations and related Tools like Quest Migration or any other third party tool
Exchange Mailbox Backup and Restore Procedures
Experience in supporting exchange server health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices.
