We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing efforts using
Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, lead management, and
campaign execution within Zoho CRM. This role will focus on supporting our marketing team by
identifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), executing retargeting campaigns, and ensuring
seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams to drive lead-to-meeting conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing workflows within Zoho CRM to identify and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, using Zoho CRM's marketing tools.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet converted.
- Analyze campaign performance and lead conversion data to provide actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of MQLs and facilitate follow-up activities.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency in Zoho CRM, particularly for marketing-related data such as leads, campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Assist in integrating marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, ad platforms) with Zoho CRM to streamline workflows.
- Provide training and support to the marketing team on Zoho CRM functionalities, especially those related to marketing automation and lead management.
- Monitor website behavior and engagement metrics to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and nurturing workflows.Experience with email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Ads).Analytical skills to interpret CRM data and generate actionable insights for marketing campaigns.Familiarity with identifying and qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) based on predefined criteria.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both marketing and sales teams.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management practices.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing or a similar environment.Knowledge of Zoho Marketing Hub or other marketing automation tools.Familiarity with sales and marketing alignment best practices, including lead handoff processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
