Location : Chennai

Position Type : One year Contract- Direct Vendor

Experience : 2- 6 years (Preferred from hotel industry background)

Job Description :

  • Supervising daily housekeeping operations and ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures act as liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Laundry and Front Office.
  • Working effectively with Engineering to ensure product upkeep and upliftment.
  • Monitoring and developing team members by providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counselling evaluate and deliver recognitions and reward
  • Monitoring, compilation and requisitioning of periodic inventories for fixed assets and operational supplies.
  • Staff roster and allocation management in accordance with business demands, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for effective customer relations within in-house guests in different locations.
  • Understand the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new team members.
  • Observe service behaviors of employees, provide feedback to individuals and participate in the employee performance appraisal process.
  • Ensuring availability of resources for smooth operations.
