Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our go-karting facility. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and assist with basic administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience.
- Customer Transactions : Process payments for race sessions, memberships, merchandise, and food / beverage items using a POS system.
- Customer Check-in : Assist customers with registration, waivers, and race scheduling.
- Provide Information : Answer inquiries about pricing, promotions, and facility rules.
- Maintain Accuracy : Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions while ensuring accuracy in billing and change distribution.
- Customer Service : Greet guests warmly, resolve customer concerns, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stock Management : Keep track of merchandise and restock items as needed.
- Facility Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Reporting : Reconcile daily sales, prepare reports, and notify management of discrepancies.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.Benefits
