Title : Workday Talent & Performance Consultant
Location : Bengaluru or Pune (1 week per month from office, rest can be WFH)

Role :
We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration expertise and a strong track record in delivering full lifecycle Workday Talent & Performance implementations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and support Workday Talent & Performance implementations
- Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security in the Talent & Performance modules
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Provide strategic input and best practice recommendations for Talent & Performance management
- Support functional testing, training, and change management activities
- Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and ensure long-term success
