We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls from the US, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Handle inbound customer calls from the US, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a US-based voice process environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
