• Strong understanding of tech roles, skills, and market trends
• Source, screen, and engage IT talent through various channels
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
• Should have strong connections with Direct Clients, State Clients, Implementation Partners and Prime Vendors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have experience with job boards
