Opportunity to Create an Impact by Building an Alternate System for High Quality Business Education

Digiaccel Learning is looking for an entrepreneurial problem solver to work on exciting unlocks in the 1 to 10 journey of the company. The position will work very closely with the Founder in building a new revenue stream for the consumer business.

This role is an opportunity to shape the future of outcome-driven business education by designing a high-impact, skill-focused program that empowers professionals with industry-relevant expertise and real career outcomes.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will play a key role in defining the vision, crafting the strategy, and executing a roadmap to establish Digiaccel as a leader in this space. The new revenue stream will focus on practical skill-building, leading to industry-recognized credentials and tangible employment opportunities. As the leader of this work stream, you will be responsible for everything - right from student experience to placement partnerships to mentor management. The sum total of the above will help land and execute a program that will redefine Marketing education in the country.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to design and execute the strategy for the Digital Marketing Bootcamp.
• Define the program structure, learning experience, and career outcomes to ensure a high-quality, industry-aligned offering.
• Identify and engage high-intent learner segments, shaping a compelling value proposition that resonates with them.
• Develop and execute a robust growth strategy leveraging organic, paid, and referral-driven acquisition models.
• Build partnerships with hiring organizations to create strong placement and internship opportunities.
• Track key success metrics, iterate rapidly, and ensure high learner satisfaction and career impact.
