You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

    Requirement : -

  • Communication - Excellent Communication skills who can speak with US natives.
  • Experience (Yrs) minimum 6 months of International Bpo voice exp + Blended Process Experience is must.
  • Should have computer and Internet knowledge / knowledge of Billing queries
  • Experience Type (B2B / B2C) B2B and B2C
  • Industry Pref BPO Geography ( Domestic / International) International
  • Any Graduate Should not be perusing regular / part time course Any course which affects the job is not to be sources .
  • Must Have International voice process .
  • Minimum 1 year of International voice experience (Customer service (Billing), basic technical & Sales) –Preferred In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Change, Due date, Prorated charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges and taxes) Clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his / her thought) Ability to handle tough situation with customer.
  • Excellent communication skills. Customer handling skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
  • Willing to work in a 24
  • 7 environment (Rotational shifts / 5 Days a week).
  • Fixed CTC 4 lpa to 4.5 lpa

    1.      Office Location- Pune Hinjewadi

    2.      Mode of Work (Onsite / WFH / Hybrid) Onsite – Work from Office

    Geography US Telecom Project Working Days 5 days per week / split week off.

    Cab facility available Both Side

    Shift Timings ( EU / Middle East / / US / UK Shift) US process – night shift will be there but agent should be ok with 24
