JOB SUMMARY
The CSR Agent will be the point of referral for all transaction-based customer issues. This role will be responsible for complete, accurate and timely resolution of customer requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing calls and customer service inquiries, make outbound wherever required
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Required Profile & Experience :
Good fluency in English - both written and spokenExperience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response timesGraduate must in any stream.Experience required 1-5 years from International background only (Voice / Blended).Candidate should be comfortable to work at Night shifts or Australian shiftsGraduate Fresher can also apply with Excellent communication skills.Interested candidates can share their resumes on [email protected]
