TheFieldSalesEngineeris responsiblefor growingthe overall Capitalsales of Alfa Laval Products related to Water and Waste Water e.g. Decanter, MBR, Iso Disc, Belt press etc.He / Shewill achieve the targets based on own drive,autonomy,and profoundunderstanding of the customerneeds. Thejob involves managing the business in terms of Sales management, Customerrelationship management, Sales andMarketing.Thebusiness is focused onAlfa Laval'smarket share in Water & Waste water (Municipal Sludge, Industrial Waste) . He shall be carryingsalesKnowledge based on water and waste water process & products like Decanter , MBR etc We are looking for a candidate with a strong Waste water industry sales backgroundor having good experience of working with GlobalMultinational Companies.
Youare customer focused, having passion for Sales,who strongly believes on securing qualityandhigh level of integrity. Your strong business acumenis a value addition to this role,Networking and Influencing, relationshipbuilding,customer ownership to name a few.
Responsibilities
1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product
2.Analyseand understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
3. Look for and manage leads from the market andcustomers, andconvert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline.
4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
5. Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
7. Lead generation and use the One CRM tool in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
8. Active in online platform
Qualification & Experience
Preferred Mechanical / ChemicalEngineer with experience
5-10 years of working experienceof afield salesfor Water and waste water Proven track record in sales and negotiation especially with Key AccountManagement Experienceand networking within the relevant Industry
