About the Role :
The Learning and Talent Coordinator / Talent Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting leadership development programs and other key training initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating training logistics, managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that all learning activities are effectively administered and recorded. The Learning and Talent Coordinator / Talent Development Coordinator will also ensure accurate assignment of learning catalogs, track course completions, and generate reports from the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, they will launch assessments such as 360-degree feedback, TKI, and DiSC, and compile evaluation data to reinforce continuous improvement of training programs and learning.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates leadership development and training programs for in-person and virtual workshops.
- Schedules leadership and other training sessions, manage the overall learning calendar and work with business units as applicable to schedule on-site sessions.
- Distributes pre-work, learning materials, and communications to participants ahead of training sessions.
- Manages logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering (if applicable), and organizing virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams).
- Partners with home office to ensure training materials and supplies are shipped to business unit locations.
Learning System Management :
Assigns learning catalogs and courses within HRIS Learning module (LMS).Tracks training progress and course completions, recording all relevant data in the LMS.Assigns, tracks, and reallocates licenses from 3rd party content provider.Monitors mandatory training requirements and compliance and generates completion reports.Provides technical support to learners navigating the LMS and troubleshoots issues.Guides team members in locating additional course content and makes recommendations based on needs.Learning Producer :
Schedule and manage virtual learning sessions, including setting up virtual classrooms and sending out invitations.Ensure all technical and logistical requirements are met for facilitators and participants.Collaborate with facilitators to prepare materials, presentations, polls, breakout rooms, and resources prior to the session for virtual sessions.Conduct test runs to confirm technology functionality and address potential issues.Act as a producer during virtual sessions, managing technical aspects, monitoring chat, sharing documents, links, Q&A, and troubleshooting issues in real-time.Ensure sessions run smoothly by providing on-the-spot assistance to facilitators and participants.Collect and distribute session recordings and resources during and after the session.Assessment & Evaluation :
Launches and tracks assessments such as 360-degree feedback, TKI, and DiSC, ensuring timely completion by participants.Downloads completed reports and distributes to team members.Consolidates and analyzes training evaluations and feedback to assess program effectiveness.Creates and distributes post event surveys and compiles results to identify areas for improvement.Reporting & Data Management :
Runs reports from the LMS on learning metrics such as participation, completion rates, and program outcomes.Generates reports on talent data, including demographics, development plans, performance ratings, and skills.Consolidates data from evaluations into dashboards or reports for leadership review.Updates and maintains the talent dashboard.Ensures accurate record-keeping and compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations.Communication & Collaboration :
Acts as the point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries promptly.Collaborates with leadership and facilitators, to ensure smooth delivery of all programs.Creates and maintains workshop checklists and logistics.Communicates key deadlines, updates, and instructions to participants before, during, and after training events.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, human resources, business, management, or related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Experience with learning and talent development programs.Experience consolidating data.Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and time management skills.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in using MS office suite (Excel, Word, PPT).Experience with LMS and / or HRIS systems a plus.Competencies :
