This Job post is for leading luxury high end restaurants / pubs. We are looking for candidates who have previously worked with leading hospitality brands. For Pune location we provide accommodation, food and service charge. We expect only serious candidates to apply for this role and want them to join immediately.

Salary Budget : 20 to 28k + Accommodation and tips

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise daily food & beverage operations.
Ensure high-quality guest service and handle complaints.
Train and manage service staff.
Monitor inventory, stock, and cost control.
Ensure hygiene and safety compliance (FSSAI standards).
Prepare daily reports and assist in shift planning.

Qualifications :

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.

2–5 years of F&B experience (supervisory role preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of F&B products, POS systems, and safety protocols.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
