Job Summary

Our Customer is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BlackLine Implementation Consultant to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BlackLines financial automation solutions ensuring seamless integration with clients existing systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs provide expert guidance and deliver successful implementations that enhance their financial processes.

Responsibilities & Duties

Main Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to assess business requirements and define the scope of BlackLine implementation projects.

Oversee and manage BlackLine implementation initiatives ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals.

Serve as a subject matter expert on BlackLine guiding clients on best practices and process optimization strategies.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with client requirements throughout the implementation.

Track project progress proactively identify potential challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Deliver training and ongoing support to clients during and after implementation to facilitate smooth adoption.

Conduct workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and provide continuous assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

Technical Requirements

Demonstrated experience in BlackLine implementation and financial close automation.

Strong project management expertise with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with both technical and nontechnical teams across various functions.

Ability to provide strategic insights and counsel clients on best practices in financial process automation.

Strong problemsolving abilities and experience managing complex multistakeholder projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in consulting or advisory roles related to financial automation solutions.

Knowledge of additional financial automation tools or ERP systems.

Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 etc.) is a plus.
