Responsibilities :
- Project task management, Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to client expectation
- Understand and define business problems, get all background information and collect relevant data points, Involvement in BRD and scope alignment
- Create solution hypothesis and get client buy in, discuss and align on end objective, staffing need, timelines and budget
- Define project deliverables, controls and ensure adherence
- Supervise and assist the team on project execution and delivery
- Coordination of all sub-team efforts; Creation of project plan, define milestones, timelines, review plan with the team
- Quality of the deliverables and ensuring validation of output
- Facilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuring
- Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources
- Build capabilities in junior team members

Designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from different sources.Designing and delivering end-user training and training materials for top management as well as operational teams; providing technical support as necessary.Consistently and proactively communicates (verbally / written) to stakeholders (progress / roadblocks / etc.)Design and develop data models that effectively support business requirements.Ability to take complex subjects and simplify it for junior team membersUnderstand existing reporting landscape and suggest solution which can lead to optimizing existing data models, queries to fetch data or making changes in the back / front end.Strong grasp of SQL, should be able to write complex queries and optimize them for performanceUnderstanding data structures and being able to design efficient data models tailored to Snowflake's architectureProvides clear documentation of processes, workflows, recommendations, etc.Takes initiative & is a self-starterDisplays ownership of their work (quality, timeliness)Seeks to become an expert in their field and shares their expertise through recommendations, proactive communications / actions and peer sharing / coaching where relevantCandidate Profile :
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science / engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA / BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply10 – 12 years of experience, preferably in insurance analyticsExperience in working in dual shore engagement is preferredMust have experience in managing clients directlySuperior analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiativeStrong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to workOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challengesIs able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globeWhat we offer :
