Key Skills and Expertise :

Deep understanding of the JD Edwards CSMS module functionalities.
Experience with service contract management, warranty management, and service order processing.
Knowledge of service billing and revenue recognition.
Understanding of equipment management and service history tracking.
Ability to analyze and document service-related business processes.
Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements.
Knowledge of industry best practices for service management.
Ability to configure the CSMS module to meet specific business requirements.
Experience with setting up service contracts, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Knowledge of item master setup for service-related items.
Understanding of how the CSMS module integrates with other JD Edwards modules (Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Finance).
Experience with integrating CSMS with third-party service management systems.
Ability to create and customize reports related to service activities.
Experience with analyzing service data to identify trends and improve performance.
Experience in developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.
Ability to create and deliver user training materials.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CSMS module.
Experience in providing ongoing user support.
