We are looking for a smart and articulate Market Analyst to bridge the gap between marketing and - sales.
Your main job will be to research, analyse and talk to potential customers (MQLs), understand their needs, qualify them, and pass on the best leads (SQLs) to our sales team.
You'll play a key role in making sure our sales team spends time only on the most promising prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and analyse clients organization, their core business and understand everything they do before contacting.
Engage with inbound leads (MQLs) via phone, email, and video calls.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals, decision makers in the company, budgets etc.
Ask relevant questions to extract key information and assess fit.
Qualify leads using set criteria and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Document all interactions and findings in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead qualification processes.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign Excellent spoken and written English; clear and confident communicator.
Ability to build relationships from first contact
Strong listening skills and ability to ask insightful questions.
Previous experience in lead qualification, inside sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
Ability to quickly understand and explain technical products or services.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools.
