Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and market travel packages, tours, and services to potential customers and partners through online channels, face-to-face meetings, and on-ground marketing activities.
- Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential partners to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities
- Organize and participate in promotional events, travel fairs, and exhibitions.
- Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Distribute promotional materials and create awareness in high-traffic areas.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and field activity results on a regular basis.
- Identify customer needs and gather feedback from potential clients
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed bookings and provide support before, during, and after the tour.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain updated records of partner interactions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identify emerging trends, share actionable insights and metrics with the team, to ensure set targets are met.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.2–3 years of proven experience in on-field marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Mandatory : Two-wheeler with valid driving license.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiar with the local market and travel trends.Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
