Job description

Position Title : Station Manager

Position Location : Pan India Sites, Chennai

Key Accountabilities :

To coordinate, execute, control and monitor all construction activities at site with the objective of accomplishing construction of desired structure as per drawing, technical specifications, quality and safety; and provide profitability to the organization

  • Station Manager’s Role is the role of a Construction Manager.
  • Co-ordinate with team members for day-to-day activities at site and achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly target.
  • Monitor and Improvise work productivity.
  • Plan all construction activities and keep record of all progress related to the project.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and technical clarification from client.
  • Obtain certifications of all completed project activities for timely release of bills from client.
  • Co-ordination and dealing with client for contractual and technical matters.
  • Pre-plan and mobilise necessary vendors for all construction activities.
  • Co-ordination with in-house team for allocation and mobilizing required resources at site.
  • Certify quantity measurement for vendors.
  • Keep record of all delays / obstruction and initiate additional claims.
  • Completion of the designated project in all aspects, as per technical specification and schedule with all satisfaction of client.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 10 years of Total experience
  • 05 years of experience in Metro Projects
