Position : Sr. Manager / AVP (Band C2 / D1)
Role : Project Manager
Education Credentials : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field. Master’s degree / MBA / relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Experience & Skillset : This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment. Experience in BFSI projects preferred.
- Overall 8+ years of experience including 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale (i.e. cross-functional / multiple geographies), complex, and fast paced transformation programs across the full lifecycle
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading a team of 15-20 developers, testers and business analysts and implement automation solutions independently.
- Strong knowledge of BFSI processes, regulatory requirements and industry trends preferred
- Proficiency in Agile Project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps etc.) required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Role :
Display end to end ownership of project life cycle from conceptualization phase to rollout ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectivesCreate, communicate, and manage comprehensive project plans with a firm grip on project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource allocationLeverage agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to proactively identify, track, manage & mitigate any project risks, issues & dependencies, escalating critical issues promptlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure close collaboration across business, development, and tech teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing technical support.Actively facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycleCo-ordinate and prepare key governance update presentations to steering committees and central forumsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementCoordinate with multiple business stakeholders and team members to ensure completion of testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and UATEnsure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
