At New Relic, Product Managers are leaders with vision, strategic thinking, customer obsession, bias for action, and passion for data-driven decisions. In this role, you will be the leader and subject matter expert of the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) market. You will independently lead strategic initiatives and innovations and will represent the voice of New Relic customers and partners.

What you'll do

  • Drive vision and strategy for the next set of innovations in the New Relic APM product portfolio
  • Be an expert for the APM market, customer and partner needs, competitive trends, and industry innovations
  • Build cutting-edge APM solutions leveraging monetization, AI / ML, public cloud, and security advancements, and be responsible for building, launching, and growing the products that you build
  • Conduct customer research, pilots, and business impact analysis, and identify new business opportunities and customer requirements
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, sales, and other product teams to deliver end-to-end value for our users
  • Build a data-driven roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting product metrics to meet your OKRs
  • Challenge the status quo and drive outcomes
  • Mentor, coach, and uplift other team members

This role requires

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Computer Science background preferred
  • 5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product Manager
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to deliver delightful capabilities
  • Ability to engage with customers to identify customer requirements and shipping-engaging experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity
  • Experience in working in an agile environment and well familiar with 2w sprints agile methodology and ceremonies
  • Ability to write product strategy and roadmap and clearly describe initiatives via customer value proposition to users' journey.
  • Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in Generative AI and public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) infrastructure services
  • Experience with business systems like Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and Snowflake
  • Experience in security
  • Prior SaaS product experience with a developer persona
  • Experience with observability products / tools
  • Experience with enterprise products
  • Experience with SaaS billing models and monetization of features
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL and analyzing different sets of data
  • Hands-on experience working with design, build wireframe and clearly articulating the user journey
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders like Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success
