Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionTrack and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards Manage CAC, ROAS, CTRs, and funnel metrics with laser precision Build reports and models to guide channel allocation and GTM strategy Implement GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Insight Tag, and server-side tracking Solve attribution issues, debug event mismatches, and ensure tracking integrity Collaborate with developers to validate and scale conversion infrastructure Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to create high-converting landing pages Feed insights into messaging, creative iterations, and campaign planning Align paid experiments with growth loops and onboarding flows 4–8 years of hands-on paid ads experience (Google, Meta, , YouTube, Reddit, Quora, etc.) Mastery of Google Ads campaign architecture , bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization Strong technical understanding of event tracking , GTM configuration , and multi-touch attribution Experience configuring Performance Max , Video Ads , and advanced Search / Display setups Proficiency in GA4 and GTM Proven track record managing small to large budgets with measurable CAC / ROAS outcomes Experience working in SaaS, PLG, or no-code platforms (preferred) Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, etc.) Experience with performance creatives and landing page testing Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Measurement), Meta Blueprint, or Marketing Help shape the growth of an AI-first no-code platform transforming enterprise software Join a product-driven, highly autonomous team scaling across global markets 100% remote work with a fast, execution-first culture Competitive compensation Collaborate with top talent across growth, engineering, and product

About this Role
We’re hiring a Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes campaign performance, platform experimentation, and technical marketing. You’ll be the driving force behind our paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, , YouTube, Reddit, Quora , and more.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage everything from campaign planning, ad copy testing, and platform configurations to advanced event tracking and conversion analysis. If you know how to scale spend efficiently, build full-funnel strategies, and wrangle data pipelines without breaking a sweat—we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Paid Campaigns End-to-End
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, , and other high-intent platforms
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies—from awareness to conversion
