Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects).
  • Research on the prospects for personalization
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products / services
  • Crafting personalized messages (follow-ups)
  • Social touches (mostly LinkedIn)
  • Call blocks to prospects (optional)
  • Reporting and statistics
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for next steps
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager
  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualifications :
  • Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (higher weightage given to certificates and diplomas in the areas of Marketing, Sales, English)
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English (Mandatory)
  • Experience : (Mandatory)
  • Proven work experience (3 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and prospects
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Track record of achieving the given quotas
  • Experience of working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong LinkedIN skills
