Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
Responsibilities
Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects).Research on the prospects for personalizationIdentify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products / servicesCrafting personalized messages (follow-ups)Social touches (mostly LinkedIn)Call blocks to prospects (optional)Reporting and statisticsContact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emailsManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for next stepsBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospectsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account ExecutivesReport to the Sales ManagerExperience and Qualifications
Qualifications :Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (higher weightage given to certificates and diplomas in the areas of Marketing, Sales, English)Excellent command in written and verbal English (Mandatory)Experience : (Mandatory)Proven work experience (3 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep or similar roleHands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.Qualifying leads and prospectsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsTrack record of achieving the given quotasExperience of working with a CRMFair understanding of sales performance metricsStrong LinkedIN skillsWork Ethics and Qualities
