OSS Specialist

Role : OSS Specialist (Products configuration and development (Technology Consultant)

Start Date : Immediate

End Date : 6Months

Location : Remote

Language : English (Spanish / Japanese is a plus)

Capacity : 5 days a week

Job Description :

Education and Experience Required : 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).

Knowledge and Skills :

Mandatory :

• Expertise in working on Linux environment
• Owns development skills and able to understand, troubleshoot, define solution based on languages such as java, python, scala, XML, Yaml, groovy, scripting, …
• Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge related to OSS Assurance domain as : fault management, performance management, correlation
• Experience in product deployment, Integration, configuration and troubleshooting
• Have knowledge on databases (Cloudera, Oracle, Postgre, Couchdb, etc)
• Ability to conduct / lead oral status / technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
• Understanding Telco domain
• Innovative and intrepid mindset, capable of great autonomy as well as teamwork
• Ability to work in multi-country, remote teams.
• Good written and oral communication, fluent in English
