Control-M Batch Scheduling Specialist (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a skilled Control-M Batch Scheduling Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Control-M scheduling, job flow management, and production support. This role involves maintaining and optimizing batch workflows, troubleshooting job failures, and ensuring on-time, reliable batch processing for critical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain batch job schedules using BMC Control-M.
• Create and manage job flows across multiple platforms (UNIX / Linux / Windows, Oracle, SQL).
• Monitor production batch cycles and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or job failures.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support deployment, change management, and performance tuning.
• Perform incident and problem analysis, root cause identification, and implement preventive measures.
• Handle workload policies, calendars, resources, and automation scripts for batch processing.
• Participate in DR drills, audits, and compliance activities related to batch scheduling.
