We are expanding our India team and seeking a Citrix Consultant who is passionate about EUC, cloud-first architecture, and transforming user experiences across digital environments.

Role Overview

As a Citrix Consultant at XenTegra Private Limited, you will work on high-impact EUC projects across global clients. You’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Citrix-based solutions, along with a diverse range of modern digital workspace technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) solutions
  • Configure and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for gateway, load balancing, and application delivery
  • Deploy and manage Citrix Hypervisor (XenServer) environments
  • Integrate and support third-party tools including :
  • DeviceTrust for contextual access control
  • UberAgent and ControlUp for monitoring and experience optimization
  • IGEL OS and UMS for endpoint security and control
  • Parallels RAS , Microsoft AVD , and Nerdio for cloud workspace orchestration
  • Collaborate with hyperscalers ( Azure, AWS, GCP ) for hybrid and multi-cloud deployments
  • Engage in solution assessments, architecture design, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Provide escalation support and environment optimization for customer environments
  • Partner closely with XenTegra’s global engineering, delivery, and support teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix CVAD , NetScaler , and Citrix Hypervisor
  • Proficiency with at least 2 of the following : AVD , Parallels RAS , IGEL , ControlUp , UberAgent , Nerdio
  • Familiarity with Active Directory , Group Policy , FSLogix , Azure , and PowerShell scripting
  • Deep understanding of user experience monitoring , Zero Trust architecture , and secure workspace design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Citrix certifications ( CCA-V , CCP-V , or higher)
  • Microsoft Azure certifications ( AZ-104 , AZ-140 , or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments
  • Exposure to OT / IT convergence and hybrid EUC models
