Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator (Freshers)

MakroCare is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Clinical Project Coordinators. This role is open exclusively to candidates from a Life Science background (B. Pharmacy / B.Sc Life Sciences) who have graduated in 2023 or 2024.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary management interface for single services and moderately complex studies.

Work on project specifications provide consultation on challenging issues engage with client representatives to address concerns on deliverables and negotiate terms effectively with clients

• Ensure projects remain within budget by recognizing revenue for staff time spent on projects confirming and negotiating outofscope activities and implementing necessary changes.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs industry guidelines Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory requirements.

Contribute proactively to the creation maintenance or modification of processes and working practices.

Assist in program planning including the development of timelines resource allocation and budgeting.

Support the management of clinical programs including personnel management development and effective delegation of tasks.

Coordinate with various functional groups (Finance Clinical Medical Regulatory IT and Legal) to identify assess and resolve problems to ensure timely project completion.

Effectively communicate projectrelated information including planning and executing meetings and presentations.
