Shift timings - 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM IST

Job location : - Remote

Experience Required : - 5+ years. Must be well-versed in both written and verbal English

Job Description-

• Proficiency in Synon for both production support (60%) and development (40%).
• Experience with RPGLE programming (Good to have).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage production incidents.
• Familiarity with database management and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing support and development tasks.
