Job Description :

As a Specialist, you will enhance clients' digital marketing strategies by

ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection through our Pixel API. Your role includes troubleshooting, validating data quality, and providing exceptional client support.

Collaboration with internal teams and addressing customer needs is essential. This role demands technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

What will You Do?

  • Understand the technical requirements of our Conversions API and differentiate it from other market solutions.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of platforms like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and Adobe for data collection.
  • Ensure comprehensive tracking of conversions as per client's measurement priorities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the data quality of the Conversions API integration.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on the Conversions API product.
  • Track and report customer engagements transparently for team visibility.

What will You need to Succeed?

  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing technologies, and first-party data collection methods.
  • Proficient in using Google Tag Manager and other tagging platforms such as Tealium and Adobe for website data collection and management.
  • Ability to monitor, validate, and ensure the quality of data collected through the Conversions API.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Work effectively with internal teams to provide feedback and insights on the Conversions API product and customer needs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Qualification :

  • Graduate Required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Technologies and first-party data collection.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager and other tagging platforms (Tealium, Adobe).
  • Familiarity with event tracking and measurement solutions (Conversion Tracking, Website Demographics, Campaign Manager).
  • Experience with other Conversions API products (e.g., Meta, Snap, Pinterest).
  • Knowledge of best practices for event tracking and measurement across various industries.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
