  • We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our PCG team focused on developing programming-based systems and rule-based trading strategies in the Indian stock market.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in quantitative finance to enhance our research capabilities and automate trading processes.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Analyze financial market data, including historical price data, fundamental data, and technical indicators, to identify profitable trading opportunities.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial markets.
    • Collaborate with fundamental research analysts to integrate quantitative methods into existing workflows.
    • Implement risk management algorithms and ensure trading systems are robust, efficient, and scalable.
    • Contribute to the automation of data collection, pre-processing, and analysis pipelines.
    • Develop, back test, and optimize rule-based trading strategies for Indian equity markets.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in quantitative finance, machine learning, and algorithmic trading.
    • Required Qualifications and Experience :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Advanced certifications (CFA, FRM, CQF, etc.) or further studies in quantitative finance or data science are a plus.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, or financial technology roles.
    • Strong experience in designing, implementing, and back testing quantitative trading strategies, ideally in Indian or emerging market equities.
    • Practical knowledge in risk management techniques and strategy optimization.
    • Solid understanding of financial markets, especially equity markets in India, including market microstructure, order types, and trading strategies.
