Job Purpose : Assistant Manager - Sales & Specification is a techno-commercial role responsible for delivering sales through a combination of specification and project working + channel management in the assigned territory.
Job Description :
- Key Segments : PEB, Process Industries, HVAC, Drywall
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory
- Project working - Maintain & track data base of Industrial and Building segment projects & convert them into business.
- Mapping & visiting Consultants & Architects to help specify Saint-Gobain Insulation solutions.
- Technical presentations and support to customers
- Work with system-providers like drywall companies, roofing, insulation contractors and HVAC contractors, to sell techno-commercially viable solutions.
- Channel Management + development of new channel partners
- Market development activities - Trade shows, Presentations
- Business development through geographical expansion
- Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
Education : BSc / BE / BTech graduate with 2 to 4 years experience (any industry)
