Job Title - Production Associate – Body Shop1 - Jig Maintenance In charge

Location(s) - Talegaon – Pune

General Information and Position Details

What are the main tasks / key activities / daily responsibilities of the position (Jobs and Responsibilities)?

• Study & analysis for Jig loss occurrence reduction like Moving Equipment seating issue, Part Check error, Panel Matching Issue
• Daily Checking in BC2 for body dimensions, record and analyse deviations and plan corrections and recheck with QC
• Monitor & Analyse of BIW Structural Critical Problems like Water leak, Road test noise & Panel gap issues.
• Daily BIW audit and plan counter measure
• Daily interaction with customer end coordinators for Body gap & flush, shower leak, fitment issues, checking the same in Body along with Body qc and plan for adjustments in jig
• Plan for Preventive Maintenance as per schedule for Carriers, Hemming die, EMS hangers
• Daily Back tip and weld quality monitoring
• Weekly Activity follow & report actual work based on schedule
• Based on Quality Appearance & Gap / Flush NG results – Plan for jig improvements / modification by In-house fabrication with reuse material
• Critical & Regular usage Spares Management, Requirements plan with cell leader and Engineering
• New Project Support to ME & Achieve quality target inline pass ratio precision, fitment quality
• Report Preparation for major loss, offline, daily Line check sheets and highlight deviations and plan for correction
• Daily Monitoring for Overall Attendance, Morale, Safety & Overtime.

Requirements

Education required - Diploma (Any)

Essential requirements - " must have"

Knowledge in Jigs & Fixtures, Basic Knowledge of 2D & 3D of Drawings, must have Basic Knowledge of MS Office, Manpower management

Years of experience required - 2 - 9 years

Required languages and level of proficiency

English & Marathi
